The Bus life!

We’re hiring a bus! But seats are limited and so are the pickup/drop off points. The bus will stop at San Remo and Cows only. Locations and times to be confirmed closer to the date.

The bus will pick you up, drop you off at the chapel, transport you to the reception and escort you back to the drop off point at the end of night. Sounds too good to be true? YEP… Only catch, no drinking on the bus – but don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of bevvos awaiting your arrival.

Like to organise your own bus?

If you’re staying with a large group and miss out on our bus, feel free to organise your own through the same company; Cleeland Bus Lines. Speak to Tuppy and mention you’re guests of our wedding and she’ll organise it for you. She has 2 x 22 seaters and might work out cheaper and easier to coordinate instead of several taxi’s.

Driving

If you’re being a responsible designated driver, here are some handy tips about travel times:

Melbourne airport > Cowes = 2hr 15mins
Melbourne CBD > Cowes = 1hr 50mins
Cowes > Trenavin Chapel = 12mins
Trenavin Chapel > The Foreshore = 16mins
The Foreshore > Cowes = 10mins*

*FYI walking will take you 1hr 32mins, just incase your drunken ego is already contemplating a walk home.

If you’re not familiar with Phillip Island traffic, be warned, travel times can drastically increase through Cowes or on the main roads around the Island. With that in mind, please leave yourself plenty of travel time! You won’t wanna waste any dancing or drinking time 😉
